Oh, the many faces of Brady-Smore!
Oh. That's just shadow checking to make sure I'm still there.🤣
One thing I can not put a price tag on is harvesting produce at the perfect moment and not a second before!
Oops! 🫣 Our bad! We didn't mean to interrupt. BY ALL MEANS CONTINUE!!!
Dinner the last two nights has been full of veggies! The first picture is 💯 BHG veggies - green beans, carrots, onion, and celery leaf - that have been lightly seasoned and sautéed. The next is a gift from a fellow gardener. These babies have been on our shelves for months and could have gone longer! The shelf life of a homegrown Butternut Squash blows my mind! We baked 3 of 6 remaining ones and stuffed a mixture of spinach, onion, and cream cheese- so good. Oh my goodness. Recipe called for bacon, I used pepperoni. Work with what ya got!
Don't avoid bulk food purchases bc you're not sure how to store it. It's easy!
