Growing, harvesting and dehydrating our home grown herbs has been quite the adventure. We are so thankful to be able to grow these items and then make them into signature spice blends. Our blends may contain any of the herbs we have grown here on the farm along with our peppers and onions. Our blends run from mild to hot & from Southern to Caribbean in flavor. They totally reflect our upbringing and eclectic style of cooking. We call it Terry’s Spice Shop because his taste buds determine whether or not the blend makes it to the shop!

Our all purpose seasonings are built on a base of dehydrated pepper powder. To that we add other dried herbs and finally Himalayan salt. We call it all purpose because it is good on everything!

Celery Salt
Our celery salt is built on a base of our home grown then dehydrated celery leaf powder. To that we add Pink Himalayan salt. It is great in that homemade Summer Potato Salad or anything else you may chose to use it on. You get a two ounce jar.
