Fennel really is one of the most versatile herbs around! The stalks can be used like celery in soups and stews. The fronds (leaves) are often used as a garnish, or chop them and use as you would dill or parsley. We like to throw the entire thing – bulb, stalks, & fronds – into a smoothie for added flavor and health benefits! You get one small to medium sized.
